Tony is a Solicitor Advocate qualified to appear in all Courts and so in appropriate cases able to deal with a
matter from start to finish without the client incurring the expense of instructing Counsel. Throughout his career
Tony has specialised in litigation/dispute resolution dealing in contentious employment, commercial, property,
inheritance, personal injury, criminal and road traffic matters. He has extensive experience as a Trial Advocate
in the County Courts, the Employment Tribunal and the Magistrates' Court and has appeared as an Advocate in
the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court.

Appearing before the Employment Appeal Tribunal for an employer and successfully appealing against an award of compensation made by the Tribunal.
Acting successfully for a customer of a High Street Bank in proceedings against the Bank, the customer having being the victim of CHIP and PIN fraud, representing a number of motorists at the Magistrates' Courts at risk of penalty points disqualification, recovering compensation in the Employment Tribunal for employees unfairly dismissed and victims of discrimination, recovering compensation for a child injured by a horse.
Tony is accredited by the Solicitors' Regulation Authority in the conduct of criminal litigation and is a member of the Solicitors' Association of Higher Court Advocates.
