Litigation
The firm aims to provide an appropriate cost effective solution to any dispute drawing on substantial experience in dealing with litigation from the Magistrate's Court to the House of Lords. We have had a number of reported cases in the employment, criminal and personal injury fields.
Employment: acting for both employers and employees in connection with all types of employment dispute, negotiating settlement and providing representation before the Employment Tribunal. In appropriate cases we will accept instructions on a 'no win no fee' basis.
Commercial: acting in all types of disputes both between and within commercial organisations.
Property: dealing with landlord and tenant disputes, disputes between co-owners, disputes over trusts and boundary issues.
Bankruptcy and insolvency: acting for creditors and trustees in bankruptcy in connection with realisation of assets.
Inheritance: acting for estates, beneficiaries and family members where a will is in dispute or an application for financial provision from an estate is made or contemplated.
Personal injury: pursuing claims for those injured on the road, at work or otherwise.
Criminal Law: representing defendants, representing drivers before the magistrates
