Adam Shute

Adam qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and joined HANCOCK QUINS in November 2011 as an Associate Solicitor.  He studied Law and French at Sheffield University, spending one year of his degree course at the University of Geneva in Switzerland studying European and International Law in French.

Adam specialises in the drafting of Wills, Inheritance Tax advice, the Administration of Estates, work relating to Trusts, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney in relation to both Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare and Court of Protection applications.

Adam is an Associate Professional Member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a member of the Probate Section of The Law Society.

 Adam enjoys playing Golf and Tennis and trips to the mountains to ski in the winter and walk in the summer.
