Shella Sharma
Shella Sharma is an Associate Solicitor at HANCOCK QUINS.
Shella attended school in Hillingdon, Middlesex before reading Law at Oxford Brookes University, graduating with a 2:1. Shella went on to gain a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course from the Oxford Institue of Legal Practice in 2007 and joined Hancock Quins as a Trainee Solicitor in 2008. Shella qualified as a Solicitor in January 2010 and joined the Wills, Probate and Trusts Department.
Shella specialises in the drafting of Wills, Inheritance Tax advice, the Administration of Estates, work relating to Trusts, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney in relation to both Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare and Court of Protection applications. Shella also advises on the financial responsibility and funding criteria for long term care.
Shella is an Associate Professional Member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society.
In her spare time she enjoys attending exercise classes and spending time with friends. She also regularly participates in voluntary work with the homeless.
