Laurent Vaughan
Associate Solicitor
Laurent qualified in August 2006 and joined HANCOCK QUINS in the summer of 2007.
He specialises in all aspects of Wills, Trusts and Probate work and has developed an expertise from the drafting of Lasting Powers of Attorneys through to their registration with the Court.
He is always happy to travel across Hertfordshire to visit clients in their homes and makes regular visits to care homes when required. He is fluent is Flemish, French, Hebrew and of course, English.
He is a member of both the Probate section of the Law Society and Hertfordshire Law Society and he is currently taking his exams in order to obtain recognition as a full member of the Society for Trusts and Estate Practitioners which has an internationally recognised Diploma.
During his training contract, Laurent qualified as an accredited police station advisor by taking both academic and practical exams and has represented clients at police stations during interrogation following their arrest for offences of a serious nature.
